Yes. All our flat roof installations will be built with a slight incline to allow rain water to easily drain off into the gutter.

Warranty may depend on the materail of your roof.

We will only erect scaffolding when the require work is unsafe or at a height unreachable with ladders, or where we cannot use our own lifting equipment.

Depending on the area of the roof that needs to be re-roofed. From our experience, this may take between 2-4 weeks.

No. Most cases, our team can work whilst you continue living in your property as normal.

All our roofing systems will last for 20 years and depending on the material, such as slate, clay and metals, such lifetime can be longer. The weather cannot be controlled, but good maintenance can be. If you look after your roof, then it will last longer.

A leak could be of a result of a damaged section within the roofing system which can be repaired. Upon survey, if the roof has been badly installed, or large sections of the roofing system has failed, then your roof will need replacing.

We would strongly advise to replace any wooden structure that has been severely  affected by woodworm or rot. Depending on the size of the affected area, it may be possible to treat the affected area.

No. Such pressured washing can damage the tiles and wear away the layers of the material. We do offer a professional roofing cleaning services to remove moss.

To remedy loose tiles, we would recommend removing the loose tiles and strengthen the mortar bed. If you would want additional peace of mind, we offer an alternative method, by replacing the mortar bed with a maintenance free system.

Most cases you would not planning permission to re-roof your property. Stricter rules apply if you live within a world heritage site or conservation area.

Yes. If you are re-roofing more than a quarter of the roof area, then you will have to submit a Building Regulations application to your local council.
